With a diverse Industrial Design background working in both small interdisciplinary design consultancies and large corporations, I can adapt and prosper in most any environment.
Since moving to the SF Bay Area in 2013, much of my time has been dedicated to freelancing and contracting for individuals, companies and design consultancies, working on projects for clients that included: Kohler, Kensington, Square, Ploom, and Medtronic, among others.
Most recently, I have lead the Industrial Design process for mPerpetuo, a connected camera startup with the goal of developing an enhanced photography experience for someone who is no longer satisfied with the quality that their phone's camera can provide.
In 2015 I worked as a full time design consultant leading ID, UI and packaging for a line of new products for Derive Systems, a leader in the custom tuning automotive space.
Prior to my move to SF, I worked in house for several years at EK Success Brands in NJ, bringing craft tools to life for brands including Martha Stewart Crafts and Perler. My role as Industrial Designer at EK Success was to take an idea/opportunity from concept to production. During my tenure at EK I made multiple trips to China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to visit factories and engineers, bringing over a dozen products to store shelves for which I was lead designer.
Before my work at EK Success I interned for two small industrial design and engineering firms; Helix Design in Manchester NH, and Drivven Design in Phoenix AZ.
I am a hardworking, motivated designer, keen for problem solving challenges and opportunities to express myself both artistically and verbally.
Feel free to contact me regarding contract, freelance, and career opportunities.
Thanks for taking the time to view my work. I look forward to hearing from you.
